Shalini Rupesinghe

Head of Disruption & Strategy

Armed with a Diploma in Marketing from CIM, UK, Shalini started her advertising career at the tender age of (Age). Shalini’s determination and drive has brought her to her current post as Head of Strategy at TBWA\Sri Lanka.

Her ability to analyze, decipher and think strategically on a brand’s next successive step is her strength. A strength she has been nurturing throughout her career while working with a variety service-oriented brands and FMCGs of local and global repute such as Unilever, AIA, Standard Chartered Bank, Dulux, and Arpico, to name a few.

When she is not strategically disrupting a brand, Shalini spends her time observing the world and watching rugby; she is a die-hard All Blacks fan.
